The registration fee covers ESC Membership, Swimming Victoria Registration and Insurance from 1st May to 30th April each season. Swimmers must re-register each year. Each swimmer will have a unique Registration number made up of the first 3 letters of the last name, the first two letters of the first name and the birth date. e.g.: Emily Smith born on 26/10/92 will be registered as SMIEM261092. This is a universal registration standard. Your registration number must be included on every Swim Meet Entry Card. For each registered member, the Eaglehawk Swimming Club component of the Registration Fee is $35.00. Click here to download the Registration Form.
The Registration Fee must be paid within two weeks of the swimmer’s first session with the Club. Training Fees The fee structure for the coming year is detailed below. Please visit the Squads page for further details about our training squads.
A 10% discount on the total Term Fee is
available to families with two swimmers and a 20% discount for families with 3 or more
swimmers. To accommodate members who may wish to avail themselves of our coaching service on an ad-hoc basis, a sessional training rate is available. This rate is $10.00 per training session. It is payable by means of a deposit in the Clubroom letter-box prior to the commencement of training. Training Fees for each term are due on the following dates:-
Fees do not cover entry to the Bendigo Leisure Centre. Ask at the YMCA reception desk for details about becoming a member of the YMCA Bendigo Leisure Centre. It may prove to be the most effective way to cover the costs of pool entry. |
